An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Site Manager to join a leading construction agency, managing prestigious, high-end residential projects in London. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in luxury residential developments, capable of upholding exceptional standards and leading site operations with precision and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance at every stage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and manage progress reports for clients and senior management.
- Work closely with architects, designers, and client representatives to achieve seamless project delivery.
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges effectively, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects, with a portfolio of luxury developments in the London area.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and HSE standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and maintain client relationships.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects of the highest quality.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are preferred.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
