The Opportunity for a Project Manager:
This high-end project requires a skilled professional to oversee complex restoration works, including:
- Internal Basement Works
- External Cleaning & Façade Brickwork Restoration
- Extensions to the Rear
- Decorations Throughout
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- Oversee all on-site works, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Manage a workforce of 15-20 people, providing strong leadership and direction.
- Oversee Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS.
- Manage project programs, ensuring deadlines are achieved.
- Order and coordinate materials efficiently to avoid delays.
