About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading luxury brand specializing in bespoke, high-end kitchens, furniture, and lifestyle products, we are seeking a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in high-end residential joinery. The successful candidate will join a passionate team in London and contribute to their ongoing global success.
Your Role
You will be collaborating with teams across the UK, Austria, and the US, you will play a key role in managing high-end residential joinery projects. This position offers the opportunity to oversee prestigious projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to installation.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for client teams.
  • Oversee budget management, timelines, and project milestones, ensuring all targets are met.
  • Lead contract management and negotiations, safeguarding the client’s best interests.
  • Screen and vet suppliers to ensure the highest quality and standards.
  • Manage cost reporting, cash flow management, and commercial compliance.
  • Conduct Monthly Project Cost Reviews, delivering strategic and operational insights to project managers and senior leadership.
  • Support the finance department and act as a backup for critical tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 5–8 years in project management within the high-end residential joinery, kitchen, or bespoke furniture sectors.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing complex, high-end residential projects from start to finish.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of legal, financial, and commercial processes in project-based environments.
  • Contract Management: Extensive experience negotiating, managing, and administering contracts (especially JCT Contracts).
  • Technology Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive communicator and creative problem-solver with a passion for teamwork.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
